This turnkey marina project includes 190 condominium slips in two basins ranging in size from 10m (33ft) to 80m (262ft). The marina provides all the necessary amenities including electrical and fire utilities, potable water, aluminium gangways and lighting. The construction process provided slips in a phased handover manner allowing slip sales to be completed as work progressed.

In this project has been added the installation and adjustment of a dry marina, in a singular existing building, to manage 220 dry moorings for vessels from 6 to 11 m in length.

The advantages of the Unistack system offer a greater profitability to the set of the port, giving more capacity of moorings without occupying space in the dock area and also low maintenance costs in these boats.

This new marina offers world-class services in an urban environment.
